1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the websites www.tyco.co.il and aigentyc.ai (together, the “Websites”), operated by Tyco (“Tyco”, “we”, “us”), HaHistadrut Avenue 177, Haifa, Israel, tel. 0747-300070, email info@tyco.co.il. We process personal information in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, including Amendment 13 to that law.

Using the Websites does not require you to give us personal information. Where we need your consent, we ask for it separately.

2. Information we collect and why

  • Contact forms. Name, phone number and email address are required. Company name (landing page) and your message are optional. We use this information only to reply to your inquiry or offer. You are not legally required to provide it, but without it we cannot respond.
  • Updates and offers (optional). Only if you tick the separate box, we may send you news and offers. The box is not ticked by default. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in a message or by contacting us.
  • AI chat assistant. If you use the chat, we process the messages you type, the address and title of the page you are on, and a random session ID that your browser keeps until you close the tab. Please do not enter sensitive information. Conversations are processed by AI model providers acting on our behalf, who may be located outside Israel. We may keep conversations to operate, secure and improve the assistant, for up to 12 months.
  • Technical and security data. Our servers record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of access, for security and operation. These logs are kept for up to 90 days.
  • Analytics. We do not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking tools of our own. On aigentyc.ai we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and performance without cookies and without following you across websites.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

  • A security cookie (its name starts with _tyn_) protects our forms against forgery. It lasts about 24 hours, is strictly necessary and is not used to track you.
  • The chat assistant keeps two items in your browser’s session storage (chat-session-id and kb-session-id). They are deleted when you close the tab.
  • Google reCAPTCHA loads only when you start filling in a form, to block spam and abuse. Google receives your IP address and information about your browser and how you interact with the form, and may set its own cookies. See policies.google.com/privacy.
  • The About page on www.tyco.co.il embeds videos from Vimeo. When they load, Vimeo may receive your IP address and set cookies. See vimeo.com/privacy.
  • Fonts and scripts used by the Websites are served from our own servers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Websites work without non-essential cookies.

4. Who receives your information

We share personal information only with providers that help us run the Websites and respond to you: our hosting provider, our email service provider, Cloudflare (which delivers and protects aigentyc.ai), Google (reCAPTCHA), Vimeo, and our AI model providers. We may also disclose information where the law or a competent authority requires it, or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal information.

5. Transfers outside Israel

Some of the providers above process information outside Israel. We transfer information only to providers that undertake to protect it to a standard consistent with Israeli law.

6. How long we keep information

Inquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a business relationship or a legal duty requires longer. Marketing contacts: until you withdraw your consent. Chat conversations: up to 12 months. Server logs: up to 90 days. After that we delete the information or make it anonymous.

7. Information security

We protect information with measures that include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, regular software updates and security monitoring, in line with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017. No system is completely secure. If an incident affects your information, we will act as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You may withdraw any consent you gave, and you may ask us to stop sending you marketing messages. Write to info@tyco.co.il and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority at www.gov.il.

9. Children

The Websites are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date at the top.
